Two dead in Kadawatha Shooting

Two motorcyclists were shot dead near the 9th mile post on the Colombo-Kandy main road last night (24) by another two motorcyclists, said the police.

 

Reportedly,the 30 and 31-year-old victims succumbed to injuries upon admittance to the Kiribathgoda and Colombo National Hospital.

 

The shooting had taken place due to a rivalry between two underworld gangs.

 

Investigations are currently underway to arrest the suspect.
