Two heroin dealers netted

The arrest was made by Colombo North Divisional Crime Detective Bureau. Police had found Rs. 289,000 from the suspect. A motor car belonging to the suspect, used to transport drugs, had also been taken into the Police custody.

The street value of the drug haul is said to be over Rs.10 million.The suspect was produced before the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. In addition, Mount Lavinia Police had arrested a 25-year-old suspect along with 50 grams of heroin during a raid conducted in the Ratmalana area.
