Two injured in Weligama shooting
Two persons have sustained injuries in a shooting incident in Weligama last night.
The incident had occured when two unidentified individuals arrived on a motorcycle, shot at two persons and fled the scene.
The victims have beebmn admitted to Walana Hospital,later have been transferred to the Matara Hospital for further treatment.
The victims are identified as aged 42 and 52, are residents of Denipitiya and Welipitiya.
According to police, the victims have been identified as the owner and an employee of the fish store in questio.
The further investigations are beijg conducted by the Weligama Police.
