Vageesha the crack third row forward from Isipathana
He then represented CR & FC and presently turns out for Police Sports Club in the inter club rugby tournament as an exceptional third row forward. Speaking to Daily News Vageesha said “I used to watch lot of rugby matches since I was a small boy and by watching those games I wanted to become one of the greatest rugby players in Sri Lanka one day.”.

Becoming a proud member of the cup runner up Police rugby team in 2019/20 Dialog Inter-Club league Rugby tournament and also being a member of the National Men’s Rugby Squad 2020.”.
