Vidyartha College and Kingswood College are all-out to get rugby coaching staff. Vidyartha College is looking for coaches with background in the game with coaching experience and a dedication to fostering sportsmanship and skill development. They are inviting Head, Coach, and Assistant Coach for the senior side, Trainer for strength and conditioning,assistance coaches for under 14, 12 and 10. It was in the year 1959; Rugby was introduced to the Vidyartha College by some of the Old Trinitians like S.G. Mediwake, K.A. Perera and T. Muttiah who were then on the staff at the school, under the guidance of then Principal A. Athauda..

The Tigers have produced top teams and but also some of the finest players to the NationalTeam.

Kingswood College Rugby Union are keen to get experienced guys to handle their coaching. Kingswood College takes pride for being the first school to play rugby, Since 1980,Kingswood has been doing well in rugby and won the Tyrell Muttiah trophy in the same year emerged the Schools ‘B’ division champions. Bodhi remembered
