Wijayawardane Vidyalaya excel in cricket

Wijayawardane Vidyalaya Kiriwaththuduwa were the runners up of under 17 Group E of Division Three conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association. They won four matches out of five and lost one to Presidents College Maharagama and they are coached by Shamm Hettiarachchi and captained by Mahith Abeysekera.

How they fared

1. Vs Lenagala Junior School won by 147 runs. 2. Vs Shashthrananda Dehiwala won by 5 wickets. 3. Vs Stafford International won by 3 wickets. 4. Vs Subharathi Vidyalaya won by 5 wickets. 5. Vs Presidents College Maharagama lost by 13 runs.
