Skipper and right hander Yasangi Ayodya of Sri Medhankara Maha Vidyalaya Horana scored unbeaten 204 runs in 99 balls with 35 boundaries and a six against Gnanodaya Maha Vidyalaya Kalutara in their first round fixture of the Under 19 Girl’s Division Two Inter Schools Cricket tournament conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association with sponsored by Sri Lanka Cricket.

Shayani Kaumali, right hand opener of Royal College Polonnaruwa scored unbeaten 115 runs in 98 deliveries with 15 boundaries and 3 sixes against Sangamitta Balika NS Matale. Rashmi Rajapaksha, right arm medium paceman of Royal College Polonnaruwa claimed 5 wickets for 10 runs against Sangamitta Balika NS Matale.

Sri Medhankara Maha Vidyalaya Horana beat Gnanodaya Maha Vidyalaya Kalutara by 339 runs and Royal College Polonnaruwa beat Sangamitta Balika NS Matale by 126 runs. Good Shepherd Convent Nuwara Eliya beat D.B. Wijethunga National School Geli Oya by 31 runs.
